Account and Data Deletion Policy
The Rufescent Members App is exclusively provided to approved members of The Rufescent. Access to the app is tied to an active membership and is not open to the general public.
Member accounts cannot be created or deleted independently through the app. Access and data rights are managed by The Rufescent Membership Committee.
Account lifecycle

Accounts are created when a membership is approved and activated

Access remains active while membership is valid

When a membership ends or is revoked, account access is removed

Associated data is deleted or retained according to legal, compliance, and record obligations of the membership agreement
Members may request review or deletion of personal data through the Membership Office. Requests will be handled in line with applicable privacy regulations and internal policies.
